What to expect after completing enrollment

1) Watch your email (and your spam folder) for your Enrollment Packet

  • After you complete the sign up, you will get an email that says eSignature request for “B2 Direct Care Enrollment Packet.”

    • This has your enrollment documents that must be signed for your membership to be activated.

    • Watch for this in your inbox/spam in 1-2 days.

    • You do not need a google or gmail account to access/sign the documents.

2) After signing, you will get enrollment confirmation and Access to HINT and AKUTE

  • After verifying your enrollment, you will then get a link to set up an account with:

    • AKUTE: This is the electronic medical record that B2 Direct Care uses. (There are Apple/iOS and Google/Android Apps which I highly recommend downloading as well).

      • I recommend bookmarking these pages. You will always have a link to AKUTE by clicking the Akute Patient Portal Button

    • Hint: This is where you will have access to membership needs, such as billing and invoices

    • You will not need to input information to AKUTE, it is connected to HINT for demographic details.
