B2 Direct Care is primary care, not a replacement for insurance. Members should maintain a health insurance plan for hospital, specialist, and emergency coverage.
Common Questions
What people actually ask.
-
The Denver office is open as of June 2026, located at 1776 S Jackson, Suite 412. Telemedicine is available statewide for Colorado residents.
-
No — and it shouldn't. B2 Direct Care covers primary care comprehensively. You still need insurance for hospitalizations, surgery, and specialists. Many members pair their membership with a high-deductible plan and HSA, which often saves money overall.
-
Yes. As of 2026, DPC memberships are officially HSA-eligible. Using pre-tax dollars gives you an effective 20–30% discount depending on your tax bracket. Dr. Bost can provide documentation if needed.
-
Members access wholesale lab pricing — often 80–90% below retail. Dr. Bost also helps navigate cash-pay imaging rates in the Denver area, which are frequently far below insurance-contracted prices. A basic blood panel that costs $200 through insurance may cost $15 through B2.
-
Absolutely. The Rural Telemedicine tier ($75/mo) is designed specifically for Coloradans outside the Denver Metro area — full physician access, care coordination, and hospital advocacy via telemedicine. Available statewide right now.
-
No long-term contracts. Membership is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time. Charter Members lock in their rate permanently — but locking in a rate doesn't lock you in to staying. If B2 isn't the right fit, Dr. Bost will tell you and help you find a better option.

Dr. Bost acts as your Medical Quarterback. Before you see a specialist, he ensures the referral is appropriate, your records are prepared, and you know what questions to ask. After, he reviews the recommendations and integrates them into your care plan — so nothing gets lost or duplicated.
