How to Join

Step 1: Fill Out Contact Form to schedule a telephone or virtual Meet & Greet

  • This will allow us to set up a time to discuss your needs and get to know my practice style.

  • I do not have an automatic enrollment process. This allows me to ensure I am a good fit for your medical needs and that how I run my direct care practice works for you.

Step 2: Enrollment

  • After our meet and greet, I will send you an enrollment link.

  • This link will take you to Hint, and during enrollment you will provide your regular contact details, your payment method, and where you’ll sign enrollment and consent forms.

Step 3: Enrollment Confirmation and Access to HINT and AKUTE

  • After verifying your enrollment, you will then get a link to set up an account with:

    • Hint: This is where you will have access to membership needs, such as billing and invoices.

    • AKUTE: This is the electronic medical record that B2 Direct Care uses. (There are Apple/iOS and Google/Android Apps which I highly recommend downloading as well)

Step 4: Getting Started in Akute

  • After signing up in Akute, I will send you an intake medical history form, and a link to opt-in to SMS/text messages so that we can communicate through the portal.
