The Fine Print

    • Most care at B2 Direct Care is provided through telemedicine, allowing for timely access, continuity, and thoughtful medical decision-making.

    • When clinically appropriate, in-home visits may be offered for members located within 10 miles of the Colorado State Capitol, based on physician judgment and availability.

    • Home visits are not guaranteed and are reserved for situations where in-person care adds meaningful clinical value.

    • Not sure if you’re within the home visit service area? We’re happy to confirm during your intake visit.

    • If available for out of area calls, a mileage surcharge applies beyond 10 miles ($25 per 10 miles)

    ‍ ‍

  • B2 Direct Care is designed for individuals seeking a more personal, coordinated medical relationship—especially those navigating hospital discharges, complex medical histories, or fragmented care across multiple specialists.

  • Yes. Certain programs and services are available without an ongoing membership.

  • While I am board-certified in pediatrics, my practice since completing my training has been exclusively focused on inpatient care. I’m certainly knowledgeable and enjoy primary care pediatrics, but I consider adding pediatric patients on a case-by-case basis. This helps ensure that expectations align and that your child receives the best and most appropriate care possible.

  • Yes. Additional family members may be added to any membership tier.

    Family Member Pricing:

    • Same sign-up fee as the primary member minus $10

    • Same monthly fee as the primary member minus $10

    Examples:

    • Virtual Essentials: $65 sign-up / $75 per month

    • Virtual + First Home Visit: $65 sign-up / $95 per month

  • Weight loss / obesity medicine and lifestyle coaching programs are planned for later phases (Q3–Q4) after the initial launch. These offerings are intentionally staged to preserve quality, capacity, and clinical oversight and are not currently open for enrollment.

  • At this time, due to CMS rules and regulations and current Colorado state law, I am unable to provide services to patients who are enrolled in any form of Medicare or Colorado Medicaid.

This limitation is regulatory, not philosophical. My practice model and pricing structure are designed to comply fully with existing federal and state requirements, and I will update this policy if regulations change in the future.
