Overdue?
Same.
A doctor for guys who'd rather Google it than book the appointment. One visit to start, one doctor after that, and no lecture.
Built for guys in their 30s, 40s, and 50s. Open to any guy who isn't on Medicare.*

I'm not your role model. I'm your guy.
I'm a physician, board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, and I spent years in the hospital taking care of men who showed up too late. I still haven't checked my own blood pressure in months. I'm overdue to see my own doctor. I'm overdue for my age-appropriate screenings. The one thing I do right is take my meds every day.
So I get it. You don't skip the appointment because you don't care. You skip it because nobody wants the lecture, the clipboard, and the look.
My dad didn't tell me, his son the doctor, that he was in the hospital. I found out from a colleague. That's how deep this runs.
I will never call you an idiot. I will tell you exactly what you need to do, and I'll help you get it done.
I'm not a social media doctor.
I follow a lot of physicians online. They're great doctors and great people. They post from the gym and from the kitchen with their families, and they look the part.
That isn't me. And I don't want you thinking your doctor is infallible.
It took me years of hard change to get in shape. Even then, it took me two years to see a doctor after I knew I had high blood pressure. My own PCP is great, and his executive health practice is a step up from most. But even there, the model isn't built for anyone to think, "Brian is almost a year overdue. I should call him."
In a small practice, I'm the one who notices when you've gone quiet.

A medical degree didn't make me better at taking care of myself. Having someone in my corner did. That's the job I want for you.
One real visit. Then I'm just a text away.

One page
The plan
A single page: what's overdue, in what order, and who does it. I book the referrals and follow up. You text me when something comes up.
The first step might just be a walk.
Here's another secret. I didn't get into medical school the first year I applied. So I took a job in public health, where I was trained in behavior change by experts at the CDC.
That training taught me this: if I tell you to buy running shoes and run three miles a day, you'll get shin splints so bad you'll never run again, and you'll hate me. I know because that's exactly what I did in medical school, the year I got embarrassed about my own health.
So the first step may be a walk around the neighborhood, in the shoes you already own. Not a chore. Something you actually enjoy.
I want you happy and healthy, and more like yourself. My tools aren't limited to a doctor's bag and a prescription pad.
A walk around the neighborhood
Sig: most days, in the shoes you own. Enjoy it.
8 hours of sleep
Sig: nightly. Refills: unlimited.
One recipe, cooked at home
Sig: once this week. Share it with someone.
A medication, when you need one
Sig: as directed, when the evidence says so.
The stuff you'd normally spread across three apps and a search bar.
Blood pressure & heart risk
Home cuff readings texted to me, not ignored at the pharmacy kiosk. Cholesterol, sugar, and the family history we actually talk about.
Screenings, coordinated
Colonoscopy, skin checks, the PSA conversation. I know who's good, I send the referral, and I explain the prep so it's less miserable.
Weight, done the long way
Real plans through the B2 Weight Management program, including medication when it's the right call.
Testosterone, done right
Two morning levels before any prescription, causes we can fix checked first, and a written plan to stop if it isn't helping.
The private stuff
Erectile issues, hair loss, sexual health, PrEP. The things you'd buy from an app at 11pm. Handled by your own doctor, with your history in front of him.
Sleep, stress, drinking
The conversation nobody else has time for. No judgment, just a straight read on what's helping and what isn't.
Your membership covers your care with me. It is not insurance. Specialist visits, procedures like colonoscopy, and hospital care still go through your health insurance, and I coordinate all of it.
An app sells you a fix for one problem. Nobody's watching the whole guy.

Not every problem is your testosterone.
You've seen the ads. They target you, and they target me. Tired? Gaining weight? Low drive? Must be low T.
That's not my style. Sometimes it is testosterone. Far more often it's sleep, stress, weight, blood pressure, alcohol, or a medication you're already on. I'll test when it makes sense, and I'll tell you what the numbers actually say.
A judgment-free zone, earned
I believe in honest, open conversations. I learned how to have them in places where judgment drives people away from care:
- A public health STD and HIV clinic
- Teaching implicit bias in medical education
- Years of involvement with the LGBTQ+ community
- Caring for people of many ethnicities and faiths, in Denver and around the world
What you tell me stays between us. That trust is what lets you tell me the truth, and the truth is how I can actually help.
I practice evidence-based medicine. That's the whole policy.
I follow approved national guidelines for medical care. If the evidence supports a treatment for you, we use it. If it doesn't, I'll show you why.
Online, you can buy almost anything, from GLP-1s to ADHD medication to peptides. Often the doctor whose license signs off on it is several legal layers away from the business selling it, and practicing medicine most of their colleagues wouldn't stand behind.
Full disclosure: this was never about what I believe. It's about your decisions, and making sure the care I give you is the best fit for what you need.
The only peptides I prescribe
- InsulinDiabetes
- SemaglutideWeight · diabetes
- TirzepatideWeight · diabetes
FDA-approved, studied in large trials, and prescribed when national guidelines say they fit. Nothing from a research-chemical website, and nothing I'd be uncomfortable explaining to another physician.

TMP intro: no $55 enrollment fee, and your first month is on me. Billing starts in month two.
Usually 80–90% below retail. Labs are passed through at cost, with no markup. Third-party fees apply.
Month to month. HSA eligible. Walk away anytime. Already have a partner in the practice? Couples are $220 a month for both of you.
Less than the stuff you already pay for without thinking.
You get your oil changed on schedule. This is the same idea, for the part that doesn't come with a warranty.
Questions guys actually ask
Is this a separate practice just for men?
No. It's B2 Direct Care, my regular practice. The Men's Program is the way in for guys who've been putting this off. Same doctor, same membership, same access.
Do I still need insurance?
Yes. The membership covers everything you do with me. Insurance still matters for specialists, procedures, imaging, and the hospital. I'll help you use it well.
Will you push testosterone, peptides, or supplements?
No. If your levels and symptoms say treatment makes sense, we'll do it carefully. If they don't, I'll tell you, and we'll work on what's actually going on.
What if I haven't seen a doctor in ten years?
That's who this is for. Nobody's counting. We start from today.
Can my wife or husband join too?
Yes. Couples memberships cover two adults in one household for $220 a month.
Medicare?
I'm not taking Medicare patients right now.
Fifteen minutes. No forms. No lecture.
Do it for you. Do it for the people who'd miss you. I'm doing it too.
Membership is not insurance. In an emergency, call 911.
